Renewal of existing certificate only.  Renewal of existing certificate only . Level 2 (new) Certificate is active for one-year period. To keep your certificate current, you must pay the annual renewal fee and obtain a minimum number of CEUs based on member type.  Employees – 8 CEUs, Managers – 10 CEUs. Directors – 12 CEUs and State Agency – 15 CEUs.

Level 3 (old Level 2) certificate Holders should renew here.

Steps to follow:
