By clicking Add to my cart I verify that I have completed the required Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to maintain my credentialing.

Maintenance/Renewal of existing credentials only. The SNS credentials are valid for three years, but the maintenance fee must be paid annually. If audited, it will be necessary to also submit documentation of 45 CEUs obtained during the 3-year credentialing period.

Steps to follow:
